The possible use of Cookies – or other tracking tools – by this Application or by the owners of third-party services used by this Application, unless otherwise specified, is aimed at identifying the User and recording their preferences strictly for the purpose of providing the service requested by the User.
The failure to provide certain Personal Data by the User may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services.

What personal data I collect and why I collect it

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, I collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact Form
The website contains contact forms created using the Contact Form 7 plugin. Through these forms, I allow potential clients to contact me for business reasons. The data requested are name, surname, and email, which are used only for conversations related to the requested activity by the user.

Cookies
If you leave a comment on the site, you can opt to save your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly the same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, integrate additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Analytics
This site uses ANONYMIZED Google Analytics: analytics cookies are considered technical if used solely for optimization purposes and if users’ IPs are kept anonymous. We inform the user that this site uses the free Google Analytics service.

Please note that the data is used only to gather statistics on the most visited pages, the number of visitors, aggregate data on visits by operating system, browser, etc. These parameters are stored on Google’s servers, which regulates their privacy according to these guidelines.

How I protect your data
WordPress, as a CMS, does not share data with anyone. The same applies to emails sent via the contact form. This site has chosen SiteGround as its hosting service, protects personal data with an SSL certificate, and does not use profiling or remarketing systems.

How long I retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This allows us to automatically recognize and approve any follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username, which cannot be changed). Website administrators can also view and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file from the site containing the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we delete all personal data concerning you. This does not include any data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
